One of the largest providers of specialized agricultural services including,
finance, insurance merchandise and livestock, to the Australian agricultural industry employs 2,000 people across Australia.
As a result of their CEO’s past experience with workflow automation solutions, the company approached iLaunch in search of a platform that would support an easily customizable workflow automation system driven from the top of the organization. Their iLaunch software implementation has 1,000 employees currently using the system.
The solution is a combination of relational applications and complex e-forms and workflows for use across the enterprise in the following ways:
To manage the entire approval process for their internal capital expenditure submissions and client credit and credit limit reviews;
To replace a fax-back form system for tracking securitized small assets that are transported around the country by the companies clients. The enhanced asset tracking and reporting has provided significant administrative cost savings to the group responsible for this part of the business;
To manage customer payment information relating to internal or external third-party payments;
To manage third-party agents’ commissions on customer transactions; and
To replace a 30-user Remedy help-desk solution that would have required significant additional cost for customization and expanded rollout. The entire application development process for the parts of the Remedy solution that would be retained plus the customized functionality was completed in 2-3 days.
The company has experienced measurable improvement in efficiency and cost reduction as
a result of using iLaunch solutions.
