PURPOSE
iLaunch Alert Manager uses a create-and-subscribe model to enable business users to be able to stay in touch with preset notification criteria being met within iLaunch applications. Simple and complex alerts can be created allowing for scenarios such as "generate an alert if salary has been increased by $10,000 and the employee is in Sales". Once an iLaunch alert is created, users are able to subscribe to it via simple point-and-click.
The active data-driven nature of the platform ensures that authorized users are able to change notification characteristics while users are on-line using the application.
CONDITIONAL NOTIFICATION
Generate alerts based on field values being reached in your applications. Complex notifications can be constructed based on simple and relational applications.
PUBLISH & SUBSCRIBE
Control access to your iLaunch system by defining user rights per notification. Once this is performed users are able to subscribe to these events and notified via email with the alert.
TAILORED MESSAGES
iLaunch allows for specific messages to be sent based on selected information criteria.
EMAIL INTEGRATION
All alerts are sent to any SMTP gateway, ie. MS Exchange.
