PURPOSE
iLaunch Reporting allows the business user to report on any form of information created and maintained by an iLaunch application. Output reports in PDF, Word, Excel, HTML, table and text format. Complex reports can be generated where parent-child relationships exist between forms in applications. Third party business intelligence tools can be used to slice-and-dice the underlying information stored by iLaunch applications.
The active data-driven nature of the platform ensures that users are able to report on the latest corporate information through point-and-click.
Our use of standards (XML & XSL) ensures that iLaunch is extensible in that new formats can be added without the need for programming changes.
FLEXIBILITY
iLaunch allows for the selection of all data contained within applications through simple point-and-click. Each field specified is searchable, with ranges allowed for dates, numbers and monetary values.
MULTIPLE FORMS
Report on data from iLaunch fastFORM which are associated using parent-child links. For example report on order items against specific orders.
MULTIPLE OUTPUT FORMATS
Due to our use of open standards new output formats are no longer a programming exercise. Use our XML infrastructure to insert new style sheets for different devices. Out-of-the-box iLaunch produces reports in PDF, Excel, Word, HTML and text format.
STORE & RUN LATER
Define your report selection criteria and store this information so that your reports can be run later at pre-specified times.
THIRD PARTY BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TOOLS
The iLaunch infrastructure allows for the connection of third party BI tools to provide greater analytic value to the information being stored in the iLaunch database.
